- Family Portal
Proprietary platform that allows our families to communicate directly with our Memorial Supervisors to make funeral arrangements and/or discuss any other questions that they may have as it correlates to the Celebration of Life for a loved one that has been lost. Unlike Facebook groups, our platform has the benefit of providing a network that is exclusive to your family. Members have the convenience of direct chat within the network and/or to leave messages, photos and videos on the family feed that is seen by only those that you invite.
Direct Access
Benta’s Funeral Home has collaborated with industry leaders Mighty Networks and Zoom Video Communications to incorporate a community platform that allows our client base to access our staff for funeral arrangements. It also has the capability of allowing the friends and families of our clients to access information and speak to their personal family community directly via a family feed that we provide. It’s similar to a Facebook group, but with pleasure of not be inundated with ALL of the advertisements and marketing that comes along with being on Facebook. Feeds will be exclusive to you, your family and friends that you chose to invite.

This union allows our clients to video conference directly with our
Memorial Supervisors for the purpose of transferring documents,
viewing memorial products, viewing caskets and finalizing
the finer details of your loved ones celebration.
